Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.

Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Exceptions:
Returns are not accepted for personalized items, clearance items, seasonal items, or final sale products.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue has been verified.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, provided that the items have not been processed or shipped. After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order.
