By purchasing or browsing on Lela Scents, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Products
Our products (soaps, candles, diffusers, and sprays) are handmade in small batches. Colors, scents, and sizes may vary slightly.

  • Soaps: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. This product has not been evaluated by the FDA.

Orders & Payments
We will confirm your order by email, but we reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • All prices are in USD and subject to change.

  • We accept: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. International orders may be subject to additional taxes.

Shipping
We ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carriers, or international customs duties.

Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for personalized, seasonal, clearance, or final sale items.

  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products
Please report damages within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Privacy
We collect personal information to process orders, improve our services, and provide promotions.

  • We do not sell your data.

  • Information is only shared with necessary service providers.

  • You may access, update, or delete your data, and unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site (images, text, logos) is the property of Lela Scents LLC.

Limitation of Liability
Lela Scents LLC shall not be held liable for indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.
